Billing and Merchant of Record

openchar Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. For checkout transactions, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and seller.

Refund Standard

Refunds for openchar purchases are handled under Paddle's refund policy. Customers can request a refund within 14 days of the initial transaction or the latest renewal, and Paddle reviews and decides each request.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund through Paddle support at https://paddle.net or by emailing [email protected] with your account email, payment date, and transaction reference (if available).

Processing Time

When approved by Paddle, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks or card providers may require additional business days before the refund appears.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and refund handling continues to follow Paddle's refund policy and applicable law.
