These Terms apply to openchar, operated by ezpzai(Soul Beauty) ("ezpzai", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using openchar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
openchar provides AI-assisted novel writing tools, project/version management, and collaboration features. We may modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
You may not use openchar to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with service operations, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, models, or data.
You retain rights to content you upload or create in openchar. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before publication or commercial use.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Refund eligibility and process are described in our Refund Policy, except where local law provides additional rights.
You may stop using openchar at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, payment obligations are not met, or use creates security or legal risk.
openchar is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
